The Fund

The Financia Global Focus Fund L.P. is a global macro hedge fund open to accredited high net worth individuals and institutional investors. The General Partner and portfolio manager of the Fund is Financia Capital, LLC, a California Registered Investment Adviser.

The investment objective of the Financia Global Focus Fund L.P. is to outperform the S&P 500 total return index on a net basis (after expenses, fees, and performance reallocations) with less volatility than the index.

The General Partner employs a contrarian, top-down approach to construct a diversified core portfolio of investments which include exchange traded funds, equity index futures and other securities selected to provide well-diversified, low-cost, tax-efficient “beta” exposure while also expressing moderate overweight and underweight exposure to specific styles and sectors.

Using limited leverage, the General Partner creates smaller, shorter-term satellite portfolios around the core (focused primarily on global equity markets, interest rates, currencies, energy, and metals), selected opportunistically to hedge core equity positions, reduce correlation to the benchmark, and add “alpha.”

Every decision made in the structure, policies, and management of the Financia Global Focus Fund L.P. is designed to serve the best interests of the limited partners:

• The Fund does not use soft dollars.
• There are no sales or redemption charges.
• The performance fee is assessed only on the portion of Fund profits that exceeds the annual total return of the S&P 500 (the “hurdle”), with a high-water mark provision.

Goldman Sachs Execution & Clearing is the Fund’s prime broker and custodian.

The annual audit and tax work is performed by Rothstein Kass Certified Public Accountants.

The Securities Law Group LLP drafts the Fund’s documents and advises the General Partner on legal and compliance issues.

Ongoing registration and compliance services are provided by TDA Compliance.
