Financia Capital’s primary objective is to deliver superior investment management services by devoting almost all of our time and energy to market research, portfolio design and maintenance, and client relationships.

While we inevitably become involved in assisting our clients with financial planning, retirement account administration, and tax issues, we do not hold ourselves out as specialists in these areas. We are always happy to work closely with our clients’ existing trusted financial advisors, or we can make introductions to CPAs, attorneys, tax experts, and retirement plan administrators who have earned our confidence over the years and with whom we have developed an excellent working relationship.

Although several companies claim to offer comprehensive wealth management programs (sometimes called private banking), it has been our experience that the investment results are frequently lacking. These firms tend to design fairly static asset allocation models and outsource the actual portfolio management to other money managers, an approach that we believe is often detrimental to long-term returns. We think that clients are better served by working with a highly focused investment manager such as Financia Capital to oversee their investments, and then retaining independent professionals who can bring the same level of specialization, experience, and expertise to estate planning, retirement plan administration, tax strategies, insurance, and other important areas of financial planning.

Financia Capital is a fee-only registered investment adviser. We are not a broker and do not receive any income from trading commissions. Nor do we make any money by recommending one investment product over another. We therefore have no incentive to generate portfolio turnover or to move clients into exotic-sounding investments. Our only incentive is to achieve the best long-term returns possible for our clients.
